 1.0 Job Summary

  • Job Title: Sales Executive
  • Job Type: Contract

2.0 Responsibilities of a Sales Executive

  1. Presentation of products and services favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
  2. Promotion of our products and services to customers and negotiation of sales/contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
  3. Establishing lasting relationships, answering queries, offering advice, selling existing products and introducing new products to address dynamic customer needs.
  4. Researching the market to gather market intelligence on related products/Services for KRCEA’s competitive positioning and establishing current and future consumer trends.

3.0 Important Skills for a Sales Executive: You will need to have:

  • The ability and desire to sell;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A positive, confident and determined approach;
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection;
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition;
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • The capability to flourish in a competitive environment;
  • A good level of numeracy.
  • A good level of computer and ICT skills.
  • Minimum of Diploma In Business related field, preferably sales and marketing
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
